Returns and Exchange Policy
TwoBirdees values you as a customer. We want to ensure you are happy with your purchase no matter what. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us from the customer service or contact us pages. Include the Order # and a brief description of why you are returning the product.
We will contact you and provide you details for the return. We will provide a full refund, less shipping costs. For return items, the items must be in the original condition that you received it (it must be unwashed, unworn, and include the bag and original tags attached). Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for returning an item will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount back to the original method of payment, (eg. credit card used for the order). Note that your credit card company may take some additional time to post the refund back to your account.
We reserve the right to sell to anyone. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the situation is warranted.
Pre-sale orders and Pre-orders on Kickee Pants are final and non-refundable. No cancellation and returns on these orders will be processed. Unpaid orders 1 week after we send the final reminder will be cancelled. Partial payment made on pre-orders and pre-sale orders will be forfeited should a customer decides not to pay the total amount of the order. Exchange will be accepted only for sizing changes and will be based on product availability.
All clearance items including our semi-annual sales are final and non-refundable. If you have sizing questions, please contact us before you place the order and we would be very happy to help answer all of your questions!
